The Division Manager is responsible for contributing to business development and overseeing an existing team of Sr. Commercial Bankers to grow and retain profitable relationships by focusing on the delivery of value-added solutions to clients and prospects that will help the company reach their goals and maximize our revenues over the life of the relationship.
What You'll Do
Achieve new business by identifying and maintaining quality revenue generating sales opportunities
Coach team members to achieve sales goals and develop a high-quality, long term prospect portfolio; manage team to scorecard expectations
Create opportunities for the team to increase cross-selling and actively grow partnerships with other lines of business to offer clients the full scope of products and services
Collaborate with credit team to fully understand performance of portfolio companies managed by the team
Effectively manage timely resolution of exceptions, renewals, reviews, and the credit process for the team while adhering to all policies and guidelines and maintaining risk rating accuracy
Anticipate future needs and interface pro-actively with stakeholders and partners to address those needs
Advance Commercial Banking strategies by leading and participating in projects, actively engages with the community and team members in initiatives to achieve high levels of performance success in targeted markets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
10+ years' middle market commercial banking experience
Exhibits exemplary communication skills (both verbal and written) and executive presence
Successful track record of driving new business growth and developing well rounded client relationships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret the principles of accounting, credit, and finance
Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations covering commercial banking activities

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $169,000-$228,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
