Overview

As a Director at Elevate IR, you will play a central role in advising clients across multiple sectors. You will contribute to strategy, client execution, and build meaningful relationships with the investment community. This position requires intellectual rigor, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to distill complex financial and strategic concepts into compelling narratives.

 
Key Responsibilities

        Develop and execute tailored investor communication strategies that align with each client’s corporate vision and capital markets objectives.

        Lead or support quarterly and annual financial reporting, including earnings materials, press releases, scripts, and key messaging.

        Engage directly with institutional investors, equity analysts, and investment bankers to foster strong, credible relationships.

        Plan and manage investor events, including non-deal roadshows, analyst days, and investor conference participation

        Create high-quality investor presentations and pitch materials that frame key financial and strategic themes.

        Support new business development by contributing to proposals, pitch decks, and market research.

 
Qualifications

        Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Communications, or related field; CFA or progress toward designation a plus.

        Minimum 5+ years of experience in capital markets (investor relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or investment management).

        Strong command of financial statements and valuation concepts; ability to translate technical data into actionable insights.

        Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the confidence to interface with C-suite executives and institutional investors.

        Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

        Expertise with MS Office Suite; experience with financial modeling a plus.

        Impeccable attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
