About our client

Our client is a pan-European technology focused private equity investor investing across both services and software. They have built an enviable track record with their latest fundraising and realisations. With ambitions to grow their Nordic capabilities, they are now looking to add a seasoned investment professional to help build out the Nordic investment team in Stockholm. What the job involves

• Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, portfolio management, and realisation
• Make investment decisions with a high degree of autonomy, and work closely with other senior team members across the fund

Who we are looking for

• Prior private equity experience is essential, with experience in a high performing environment developing analytical skills and commercial acumen
• A growing track record of successful technology deals in a deal captain capacity
• Other backgrounds in leading organisations may also be relevant, especially technology led ones
• Excellent academics including a degree at Bachelor or Master's level
• A credible and engaging presentational style, coupled with the confidence to be effective in relationship building with vendors / management teams and advisers
• High level of numeracy and technical proficiency, combined with the commercial awareness to put the numbers into their strategic context; and
• A demonstrable interest in investing in high growth technology businesses, coupled with a genuine interest in understanding underlying market and business dynamics
