TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Director of ERP Solutions to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of ERP Solutions to lead enterprise-wide system improvement initiatives. This role will be responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of ERP platforms including but not limited to an ERP integrated into the manufacturing process in Albuquerque, NM, to enhance operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive ERP strategy aligned with TransCore's business goals.
• Oversee the selection, deployment, and enhancement of ERP systems including integrations and upgrades
• Drive system improvement initiatives across finance, supply chain, HR, and operations to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage full-cycle ERP implementations using SDLC methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Maintain and improve existing ERP environments, ensuring business continuity and performance against KPIs.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful adoption and change management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8 years of experience with ERP systems
• Proven expertise in ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of finance, procurement, HR, and operational processes.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
