About the team Lexus, a Division of Toyota Motor North America, is modernizing the luxury retail experience. Our Eastern Area field office partners with dealers across the Northeast to elevate guest experiences, accelerate digital retail adoption, and drive sustainable sales performance. You’ll report to the Product Sales Engagement/eCommerce Manager and work closely with District teams and dealer leadership.
Role Summary
As a Digital & Product Field Manager you will lead the adoption and performance of Monogram, Lexus’s integrated online and in-store retail platform. Additionally, you will advise dealers on broader eCommerce and digital best practices. You’ll enable dealer teams with training, insights, and action plans, and support product launches with engaging in-store education.
What You’ll Do
- Support Lexus Eastern Area dealerships
- We support 64 Lexus dealerships in the Northeast, covering Maine to Virginia
- You will be assigned specific markets within this territory to support, grow, and innovate the dealerships
- Grow Monogram adoption and performance
- Drive enrollments across your territory; align priorities with dealer leadership.
- Provide sustainment support: on-site training, workflow optimization, and change management.
- Monitor engagement and KPIs; deliver clear performance reports to dealers and Area leadership.
- Elevate dealership eCommerce and digital execution
- Assess websites, lead handling/BDC operations, SEO/SEM presence, social media, CRM utilization, and overall dealership processes.
- Build tailored improvement plans with measurable goals and timelines, and track progress to outcomes.
- Influence and Collaborate
- Partner with District Sales & Service teams and communicate with Dealer Principals and General Managers on performance, opportunities, and Lexus initiatives.
- Share best practices to support dealership growth and the best Guest Experience in the industry.
- Enable product excellence
- Support new vehicle launches and sustainment with compelling, hands-on in-store product training focused on guest experience and sales effectiveness.
Hybrid Role
- This is a field-first role: most days you’ll be on-site at Lexus dealerships in your assigned territories.
- You’ll join the team at our Parsippany, NJ Area Office for meetings, training, and planning.

Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (business-related field preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven organization and project management abilities; comfortable managing multiple dealer engagements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic data storytelling.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the Northeast and occasionally other areas domestically.
Bonus If You Have
- Automotive dealership or OEM field experience.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs and digital retail platforms.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and digital performance KPIs.
- Experience improving BDC operations, lead response quality, and lead-to-sale conversion.
- Familiarity with website merchandising, SEO/SEM, and social media strategy for retail automotive.
