The Donkey Mill Art Center is seeking a charismatic, organized, and community-minded professional for the position of Development Manager. This vital role strengthens the organization by supporting resource development to ensure our programs and mission continue to thrive. Alongside the Executive Director, the Development Manager leads fundraising efforts, including individual giving, annual campaigns, membership, sponsorships, and special events, while cultivating donors, overseeing stewardship, and supporting communications.

We are looking for someone who brings fundraising skills and enthusiasm while embracing values of kindness, collaboration, and a belief in the positive impact the arts provide in the community.
