Description

• Participate in the financial and management accounting functions for a portfolio of entities and assets and ensure smooth and timely finance reporting for these entities.
• Responsible for review/preparation of period-end closing (monthly, quarterly, annual), sub-group consolidation, variance analysis, cash flow management, planning, budgeting and forecasting and liaising with various business stakeholders (including internal and external auditors).
• Analyse financial results and identify improvement opportunities in internal controls, processes, policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Support system implementation/improvements as necessary.
• Support in ad hoc projects and other initiatives as assigned.
• Other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be requested by your immediate supervisor and/or the head of department from time to time.

• Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and organisation skills with a keen eye for details
• Analytical, resourceful, good problem-solving capability and proactive team player
• Strong financial literacy skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced work environment
• Prior audit background and experience in REIT industry preferred
• Experience with SAP/BPC and Yardi preferred
