Position: Management Consulting Associate
Full-Time Management Consulting Associate roles are available for students pursuing undergraduate and Non-MBA master's degrees with graduation dates between December 2025 through July of 2026. Our full-time class starts in September 2026.

What We Look for in an Associate Full-Time Hire:
We're looking for driven, intellectually curious undergrads with an attention to detail who thrive in fast-paced, problem-solving environments.
Our ideal Associate is:
- Analytically Rigorous: Thinks in structured, hypothesis-driven ways and backs ideas with data. Case interviews test your ability to break down complex problems and drive toward practical solutions
- Self-Starter: Takes ownership, shows resilience, and brings curiosity to every challenge
- Collaborative & Persuasive: Works well in teams, listens actively, and can influence through logic and presence - not just volume
- Clear & Composed Communicator: Explains ideas with clarity, adapts to the audience, and stays cool under pressure
CRG New Hires:
- Receive Training: Participate in onboarding bootcamp and training to develop quantitative and qualitative skills
- Make an Impact: Collaborate on real client projects - working alongside CRG consultants, engaging with clients, and gaining visibility with senior leadership

Candidate Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or non-MBA master's degree from a top university
- Internship or relevant experience in consumer/retail business, consulting, or corporate roles with financial/operational focus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
- Analytical and data-fluent, able to distill complex insights into clear actions
- Creative problem-solver with a talent for building tools and streamlining processes
- Commercially minded, with experience in proposal development
- Polished communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Willing to travel up to 70% (Monday-Friday)
The salary range is $100,000 - $115,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.

Full-time Positions and Part-time Positions Over 30 hours:
Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings' fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined from time to time as well as a 401(k)-retirement plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
