Creighton University Medical Center and CHI Health seek to recruit a visionary leader to serve as the Chief of Breast Surgery and expand our clinical, research, and educational activities within our Department of Surgery and its Division of Breast Surgery as part Creighton-CHI Health Breast Center of excellence, the state's only triple accredited center.
The incumbent leader will join an established high volume group encompassing a wide breadth of breast surgery cases in the setting of a large established referral base within the Department of Surgery, Primary Care, and growing Plastic & Reconstructive services within a large integrated
health care system. The opportunity is ripe for a visionary leader to grow breast surgery in all of its domains in partnership with outstanding
colleagues and forward-thinking and dynamic academic and business leadership.

of our integrated, multispecialty system, working with every member in subspecialty surgery, committed to the highest outcome of every procedure
we perform. In addition, our program is further augmented by our many other resources associated with our academic institution including our
institute of population health and the nation's only resident healthcare leadership program.
Candidates are expected to have a fellowship in Breast Surgery and a track record of scholarly and educational activities at the level of Associate to
Professor at Creighton University School of Medicine.
- Working in an academic and teaching environment educating Creighton University's surgical residents and medical students and conducting research in collaboration with scientists within Common Spirit and Creighton University School of Medicine.
- The position will be resourced for scholarly endeavors including clinical trials & opportunities for collaboration with basic and translational
scientists at the Creighton Henry Lynch Cancer Center - Reporting to the Chair of Surgery at Creighton University and CHI Health
