• Bachelor's degree in communications, English, related field, or equivalent professional work experience
• 3+ years of experience in communications or traffic management within an agency or other graphics related environment
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office and strong computer skills required
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Excellent written, oral and proofreading skills

• Master's degree

• Traffic print and digital communications through multiple points of development and QA
• Provide project flow and QA suggestions to improve compliance of on time project delivery
• Maintain and share accurate and comprehensive traffic documentation with focus on key deliverables and sign off accountability
• Obtain necessary approvals from required departments during the internal review process
• Maintain accuracy in client management by understanding timing requirements of key clients
