We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our sales team. This role is vital in supporting our Account Executives and Sales Managers in achieving revenue goals across both broadcast and digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order entry, campaign tracking, and maintaining client records.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials using sales tools and templates.
- Coordinate with traffic and production departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of commercials and digital creatives.
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance across broadcast and digital, alerting the team to any issues or optimizations.
- Assist with invoicing, reconciliation, and resolving discrepancies related to billing or campaign delivery.
- Provide general office and sales support, including organizing meetings, updating sales reports, and maintaining sales collateral.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, media, or digital advertising preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Salesforce, WideOrbit, or digital ad platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with digital advertising concepts such as impressions, CTR, CPM, and audience targeting is a plus.
