This position provides you with the opportunity to learn and provide compliance management and support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle internal staff's compliance matters
• Provide administrative support, such as document processing, filing, data checking and verification
• Draft simple correspondence and documents
• Assist in preparing work reports, meeting minutes
• Maintain filing system and data base
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• University graduate of any discipline, both fresh graduates or with working experiences are welcomed
• Well-organized, meticulous, committed to produce high quality of work
• Responsible, enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and also a good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Compliance Officer
