We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial team at Marsh. This role will be based primarily in Milton Keynes, as well as a satellite office in Cambridge . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Commercial Team as a Client Executive. Within this role you'll be focused on managing and retaining an existing client portfolio in addition to identifying and winning new business. This is the perfect role for an individual with a client facing sales background with ambitions to take the next step in their career by joining and flourishing at a market leading insurance broker.

We will count on you to:

• Deliver sales and growth with a focus on commercial businesses
• Demonstrate excellent client retention skills
• Cover a large region utilising your diary management skills to ensure you maximise your client reach
• Demonstrate strong team working ability in order to forge strong working relationships within the business to meet defined goals and targets

What you need to have:

• Experience in profitably growing an existing client book and identifying new business opportunities
• Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential commercial clients
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level
