Description
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Provide mobility support such as turning, positioning, and transferring residents safely.
- Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health indicators.
- Report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas.
- Support residents during mealtimes, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
- Uphold resident privacy and dignity at all times.
- Accurately document care and services provided.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CNA certification in good standing with the state.
- Previous long-term care or assisted living experience preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs and assist with resident mobility.
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
