The Everett Clinic (part of Optum) is adding a Clinical Psychologist to grow our team of mental health counselors. Our Behavioral health team is supported by a skilled team of dedicated case managers, patient service representatives and Psychiatrist.
We're going beyond basic health to programs integrated across the entire continuum of care.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population
- Develop and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems. Involves patient and/or family in treatment planning as appropriate
- Conduct individual, family or group therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines
- Option to develop and provide time-limited psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groups
- Providing a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment plan coordinating with other medical staff
- As part of a multispecialty group you will have integrated support with more than 40 specialties such as psychiatry, primary care and comprehensive pain center

Required Qualifications:
- Fully licensed PhD or PsyD in Washington State by time of hire
- Individual Therapy experience in an outpatient setting
- Training and experience in brief therapy
- Ability to diagnose and treat patients
Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
