Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultants, driving excellence in solution delivery, team management, and customer success for Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions.

• You will guide and develop a talented team of clinical consultants, collaborate with stakeholders across Service & Solutions Delivery, Product, and Sales, serve as a trusted partner to external customers and develop our digital education and staffing strategies.

You're the right fit if:

• You've acquired 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare services, preferred. Clinical Consulting, and Philips Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions experience is preferred.
• Your skills include 3+ years' experience in Project Management and Daily Management, with a proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, create competitive strategies, and manage margins, preferred. You are proficient in using project management and scheduling tools, such as PSA/PS Cloud.
• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Health Science, Nursing, Engineering or equivalent.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position. You must be able to lift up to 60 pounds for product demonstrations and be comfortable with general installation tools. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $106,875 to $171,000

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $112,500 to $180,000

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $118,125 to $ 189,000

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $ 126,000 to $201,600

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
