Description

As a trusted advisor within the Private Banking team on client risk and product governance.

You'll oversee the full client lifecycle-from onboarding to exit, aligned with MAS regulations. This role also drives due diligence for complex solutions like structured products and family trusts, monitors transactional risks, and drives regulatory reporting.

You partner seamlessly with Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, Compliance and Internal Control functions. You'll also champion smart compliance tech and help shape a culture of integrity across our HNW/UHNW business.

Requirements

• Min 5 years of compliance experience in private banking/wealth management
• Proven track record in end to end compliance oversight of at least 2 private banking product types
• Knowledge of MAS regulations
• Good understanding of private banking products, legal structures and compliance risk points.
• Exposure to product compliance assessments and advising on transaction structures
