Collaborating with other service chiefs, they ensure strategic coordination and cost-effectiveness, educate staff on healthcare changes, and lead a creative team toward integrated care. Building strong relationships with clinical chiefs, they manage human resources and labor relations and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
