Description
Practice Overview:
We are a busy, physician-owned ophthalmology practice in Fremont, CA, specializing in general and cornea care. Our team values compassionate patient care, clinical excellence, and a positive team environment. We are seeking a certified ophthalmic professional (COA, COT, or COMT) to help deliver high-quality care and support our growing patient volume.
Responsibilities Include:
- Obtain medical and ocular histories
- Measure visual acuity and intraocular pressure
- Refractometry
- Perform and interpret diagnostic testing (OCT, Pentacam, A-scan, visual fields, topography)
- assist with in-office procedures
- Maintain exam rooms and diagnostic equipment
- Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- COA, COT, or COMT certification (JCAHPO required)
