MaineHealth is currently seeking a Care Team Relations Advisor to join our care team in Belfast, ME. The Care Team Relations Advisor (CTRA) role provides expertise to managers and team members to resolve care team relations matters through investigation, coaching, and counseling. The CTRA works closely with HR leadership, HR Consultants and other stakeholders and will act as a subject matter expert in the area of care team and labor relations. The CTRA will be a proactive partner with HR and business leaders in response to data trends and will partner to execute on initiatives launched by DEI, Leadership Development and other Centers of Expertise. This position is hybrid, but flexible work locations are available! Travel is expected throughout MaineHealth Service areas.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- License/Certifications: SHRM Certified Professional SHRM-CP or SHRM Senior Certified Professional SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Experience: Three years of experience in Human Resources or related field required. Demonstrated experience in care team relations or employment law with experience mitigating conflict and risk exposure required.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, verbal and written skills. Exposure to union relations and/or union avoidance activity.
