Who We Are & What We Do
Canvassing Connectors (CC) is a grassroots team of seasoned super-volunteers who’ve helped swing elections in Pennsylvania, Georgia, California, and New York since 2018. We specialize in deep canvassing—open-hearted, vulnerable, door-to-door conversations that help people connect voting to their personal values and lived experiences.
We engage people who’ve lost faith in politics and help them rediscover hope through voting. Deep canvassing is the most effective form of voter persuasion ever measured, and it’s a powerful tool in combating threats to democracy.
Early in 2024, we initiated our on-the-ground campaign in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley, a critical swing region, training local activists and talking with voters about their fears and hopes. We don’t push candidates—we share personal stories, we listen, and we help people reconnect with their values of community and care.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Canvas Field Organizer to lead our Lehigh Valley team for the 2025 election season where we’ll focus on judicial elections that will have critical local and national repercussions in the years to come. This is a fast-paced, full-time role running through November, with the opportunity to have real impact by working with a seasoned group of committed volunteer leaders and deep canvassers.
You’ll be helping to lead a volunteer-driven deep canvassing operation - building local relationships, recruiting volunteers, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth, efficient canvassing events. And you’ll be working with a group of people who love working together and are excited to collaborate with a new team member!
