Description
North Franklin School District is seeking a highly organized and experienced Business Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, and accounting, with hands-on experience using Qmlativ Software. This role is a key contributor to the district’s financial stability and growth, working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (required).
3–5 years of business or financial management experience, preferably in a public school or educational setting.
Proficiency in Qmlativ Software and Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare clear reports.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, administrators, and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of state and federal school finance regulations (preferred).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
