Job Description
-Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather business

requirements.

-Translate business needs into clear, concise functional and non-functional

requirements.

-Assist in the development of business cases including ROI analysis and

feasibility studies.

-Collaborate with Project Managers to define project scope, milestones, and

deliverables.

-Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming in Agile environments.

-Validate that developed solutions meet business requirements via UAT, QA

coordination, and issue tracking

-Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.

-Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend technologydriven improvements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer

Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the IT or

business technology solutions industry.

- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum or hybrid project environment.

- Proven track record of requirement gathering, process mapping, solution validation,

and stakeholder communication.

-Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA from IIBA or PMI-PBA from

PMI)

- Agile Certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO, or ICP-BAF)

- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2 Foundation)

- ITIL Foundation (for IT service management understanding)
