• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Odoo ERP Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic team.

• As an Odoo ERP BA, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing business processes in the Odoo ERP system to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance overall business performance.

• Your primary focus will be understanding the business needs of various departments and translating them into functional and technical requirements for successful Odoo ERP system deployment and customization.

• Responsibilities: 1. Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders from different departments to understand their business processes, pain points, and requirements.

• Analyze existing workflows and propose optimized solutions using Odoo ERP modules and features.

• 2. Requirement Gathering: Elicit, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements from stakeholders, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals.

• 3. Solution Design: Design and model functional solutions within Odoo ERP, considering system capabilities, scalability, and best practices. Recommend customizations or configurations to address specific business needs.

• 4. User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the Odoo ERP system. Provide ongoing support and address user queries and issues related to the ERP platform.

• 5. System Implementation: Collaborate with the development team to configure and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements. Ensure that the implemented solutions are tested thoroughly and meet quality standards.

• 6. Integration: Facilitate integration between Odoo ERP and other business systems, such as CRM, accounting, and inventory management, to ensure data consistency and seamless operations

• 7. Data Migration: Plan and oversee data migration from legacy systems to Odoo ERP, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

• 8. Change Management: Assist in change management efforts during Odoo ERP implementation, helping users adapt to new processes and tools.

• 9. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals, to support system understanding and maintenance.
