Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

• Develop and implement client service strategies to enhance satisfaction.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs and expectations.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth.

• Address and resolve client complaints in a professional manner.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback.

• Ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve client engagement.

• Oversee delivery as desired

• Manage Internal Stake holders

• End to End Delivery Management

Qualifications (Mandatory)

• 15+ Years of relevant experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Knowledge of customer service best practices.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends.

• Japanese - N2 Level or above (Bilingual)

• Strong in IT implementation
