The Opportunity

• Join a well-established Primary Care practice with opportunities in Granville and Greenwich, New York
• Support of a full spectrum Medical Group of Primary Care, Specialists and Hospitalist service colleagues
• Strong nursing and administrative support
• On site Medical Imaging, Lab, PT, OT Services
• System-wide Epic EMR
• Full time, flexible schedule
• Telephone call only with average commitment of three weeks per year
• Hospital-Employed Position with competitive compensation and full benefits and Residency Stipend

Base compensation: $280k + productivity bonus
