Automotive Master Technician

We are seeking Automotive Master Technicians to join our growing company! If you are passionate about working on all makes and models and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

We currently operate two locations in Culpeper, VA, with hours of operation Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (no weekends!).

Responsibilities:

Work as part of a collaborative team
Troubleshoot and diagnose motor vehicles
Use and understand advanced automotive diagnostic equipment
Perform Virginia state inspections
Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of automotive experience (preferred)
Valid driver’s license (required)
Must have own tools and tool box (required)
Ability to follow all workplace safety requirements (required)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
ASE Certification (preferred)
VA State Inspection License (preferred)
