Description

A mid-sized, regional, litigation firm is seeking an associate for its Lexington or Louisville, KY or Hendersonville, TN locations with flexibility for remote work. Duties include every aspect of civil litigation, from pre-suit claim evaluation to trial, consisting of research and investigation of factual and legal issues, drafting pleadings and motions, and attending hearings and depositions.  Duties may also include drafting coverage opinions and litigating insurance coverage disputes.

Requirements

Licensed to practice in Kentucky or Tennessee.
