Description
Are you ready for a new adventure in your veterinary career? We are seeking a full-time associate to join our well-established, privately owned small animal and exotic pet practice, which features three doctors and is located in the affluent North Shore area of Massachusetts.
Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital radiology, ultrasound, and a newly expanded 1,000 sq. ft. modern dental suite, allowing us to deliver the highest quality of medical and surgical care. We cater to a diverse clientele of dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles, and birds, supported by a highly skilled paraprofessional team that embodies a collaborative approach to veterinary care.
The position offers a flexible schedule averaging 35-40 hours per week, with no night or weekend emergency calls, promoting a healthy work-life balance. We provide a competitive salary structure that includes a base salary plus production bonuses, along with generous benefits such as health and dental insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, sick time, a substantial continuing education budget, and a retirement plan.
For the right candidate, there is also the potential for future ownership through a buy-in option. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the desire to work in a team-based, collaborative environment. An interest in avian and exotic pet medicine is a plus. While experience in this area is preferred, we are open to mentoring veterinarians who are eager to learn and grow.
