We’re seeking a new Associate Veterinarian to join our team. This is a chance to step into a
stable, established role within a trusted practice — with the flexibility to shape your
caseload around your interests, whether that’s appointments only or a mix of appointments
and surgery.
The Role
- Full-time associate veterinarian (part-time considered)
- Flexible caseload: appointments only or a mix of appointments + surgery
- Predictable, balanced schedule designed for true work–life balance:
Every Wednesday off
Three-day weekend every other week
Monday mornings off following a weekend rotation
- No overnights, no on-call, and rotating Saturdays only
- Work alongside an experienced, supportive team with strong management and a
collaborative culture

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: Pro-Sal model with:
Competitive guaranteed base salary
20% production above base threshold
Transparent quarterly reconciliation and bonus payout
- PTO: 3 weeks (15 days) annually (vacation + sick combined)
- CE Support: $2,500 allowance + 5 days paid leave annually (with 1-year carryover option)
- Memberships & Licensing: AVMA, MVMA, GBVMA, VIN, Maryland license renewal, DEA
registration all covered
- Insurance: Professional liability insurance provided. Group health, dental, vision available
- Retirement: 401(k) with match
- Non-Compete: 12 months / 5 miles

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
- DVM/VMD, licensed (or eligible) in Maryland
