Who We're Looking For:

We are proud to have a dedicated team of three experienced DVMs who provide a high standard of care to their patients and foster a collaborative, supportive environment. Because of this strong clinical foundation, we are well-positioned to support a new graduate with mentorship, making this a great opportunity for someone early in their career.

We are also excited to speak with candidates who bring experience in surgery, dentistry, and ideally orthopedics-as our previous doctor, now retired, provided low-cost orthopedic procedures that were greatly appreciated by our clients. We'd love to bring those services back into the clinic if possible.

Compensation:

• Base salary: $125,000-$150,000, commensurate with skills and experience
• ProSal structure: 20% production
• Relocation assistance and signing bonus available

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) required.

• Compassionate, team-oriented approach.

• Ability to lift 40+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the veterinary team while upholding medical standards.

• Develop and implement medical protocols.

• Perform routine and advanced surgeries.

• Interpret lab results to support accurate diagnoses.

• Educate and build strong relationships with clients.
