Associate Veterinarian – Join Our Compassionate Team in Acton, Massachusetts
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team in Acton, MA. The ideal candidate will be passionate about animal care and welfare, with the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of animal health issues. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to high-quality veterinary services, and the ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations to assess the health status of animals
- Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and diseases in pets
- Perform surgical procedures with a high standard of care
- Administer vaccinations and prescribe appropriate medications
- Educate pet owners on animal care, nutrition, and preventive health practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients
- Use appropriate veterinary terminology when communicating with clients and staff
- Safely handle and restrain animals during exams and procedures
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff for efficient clinic operations
- Stay current on developments in veterinary medicine through continuing education
Qualifications:
- DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Valid veterinary license to practice in Massachusetts
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills
- Compassionate and team-oriented approach to veterinary care
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
