FastTrack Veterinary Urgent Care is opening soon in Port St. Lucie, and we’re building a team of passionate veterinarians who want to make an impact from day one. This is a rare chance to help shape the culture, protocols, and client experience of a brand-new, privately owned urgent care practice.
At FastTrack, we focus exclusively on urgent and same-day care—so you’ll see a wide variety of cases without the stress of tomorrow's spays or long-term endocrine management. Our mission is simple: to provide accessible, compassionate, and efficient care to pets in need, while giving our team the support and balance they deserve.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $140,000–$190,000 (commensurate with experience)

What We Are Looking For
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited program
- Florida veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
- Comfortable with a mix of urgent cases; open to weekends and some evenings
- Enthusiasm for shaping a new practice and working collaboratively
- Full-time and part-time positions available

Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
- FL veterinary license in good standing
