Dexter is a friendly and vibrant downtown community of approximately 4,500 residents, which has more than doubled in population since 1990. Dexter boasts an active downtown, numerous parks, a fantastic cider mill, excellent schools, and a successful business and research complex. In addition to the City-operated parks system, there are several Huron-Clinton Metroparks within easy bicycling, walking, or driving distance.
