$40,000 Sign-On Bonus | Advanced Surgical Tools | 4-Day Work Week

We're looking for a dynamic Associate Veterinarian who’s ready to contribute to our thriving multi-doctor practice and grow in a supportive, collaborative environment.

- Be part of a well-established, full-service hospital treating dogs, cats, and occasional pocket pets (rabbits, guinea pigs, etc.—not required for incoming doctors)
- Flexible 4-day work week with no weekend shifts
- On-call only every 5th weekend, only for infrequent hospitalized patients & boarding-related emergencies
- Open to all experience levels – new grads and seasoned vets welcome!
- Experience or interest in surgery is required – each doctor has a dedicated surgery day per week

Our Supportive Team of Technicians
- Strong Support staff for surgery and appointments:
- Surgery: 1 LVT and 1–2 Assistants ratio per doctor
- Appointments: 1 Assistant + floating LVTs
- Team Tenure:
- Support staff tenure ranges from 4 to 36 years
- Highly Skilled Support Staff:
- 5 LVTs
- 5 Veterinary Assistants
