What You'll Be Doing:
- Doing physical exams and various medical procedures
- Talking to pet owners about their pet"s health and teaching them about wellness and prevention
- Keeping accurate medical records
- Working closely with the rest of the veterinary team to make sure every pet gets the best care
- Staying up-to-date on the latest medical info and changes in the field
Skills You Need:
- Great communication and people skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- A real passion for taking care of animals
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- A state veterinary license
Skills That Would Be Nice to Have:
- Experience working with exotic animals
- Knowledge of holistic medicine
- Proficiency in digital radiography
- Experience with surgical procedures
- Skills in educating clients
- Interest in surgery--nice but NOT required
What You'll Get:
- Minimum Salary: $70.00 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $85.00 per hour
- Reimbursement for Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance
- Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay
- Reimbursement for association and license dues, Paid Continuing Education
- No weekend hours
- No on call

For over 18 years, Warm Animal Hospital has been an independent practice taking care of the Cincinnati community's pets with compassion. Our team believes in working together, being innovative, always learning and most importantly, loving what we do! Join us in our mission to provide 21st century medicine with an old country feel. (We are a small animal hospital looking for a new part time veterinarian. Our office might not be the one with the most toys but we care deeply for the well being of our patients. We enjoy our jobs and have fun doing it. New graduates are encouraged to apply as learning and teaching are always happening. This position if for part time initially but perhaps in the future can become full time. Surgery is optional but encouraged. We have excellent support staff with little to no drama or politics.
