Associate Dentist – General Dentist Opportunity in West Jefferson, NC

Our 10 operatory dental practice is seeking a Part-time or Full-time Associate General Dentist to join our thriving practice in the Northwest Mountains of NC.

Position Details:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry (restorative, crowns, extractions, dentures, preventive)
• Digital dentistry practice with intraoral scanners, same-day crown technology, and high-tech workflows
• Work schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–4 PM
• Compensation: 30–35% of collections with daily minimum guarantee
• Relocation assistance and signing bonus available
• Flexible schedule if you want part-time hours

Requirements

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD degree and active NC dental license
• 3+ years of general dentistry experience preferred
• Excellent patient communication and chairside manner
• Comfortable with digital workflows and modern technology
