About our client

Our client is a Munich-based private equity firm focused on building scalable, sustainable service companies across Europe. The firm deploys a thematic buy-and-build strategy, partnering with entrepreneurs and management teams to consolidate fragmented sectors, including healthcare services, business outsourcing, and real asset infrastructure.
To strengthen its investment team, our client is seeking a high-potential Associate with experience in private equity, M&A or consulting. What the job involves

• End-to-end involvement including sourcing, due diligence, modeling, and deal execution
• Supporting post-merger integration and working closely with founders and operating partners to implement growth strategies
• Preparing materials for investment committees and supporting internal knowledge sharing and reporting
• Tracking KPIs and metrics across portfolio companies and contributing to a sustainable value-creation approach

Who we are looking for

• Excellent academic credentials from a leading university
• Two to four years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or strategy consulting
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in financial modeling and due diligence
• Passion for building businesses and working with entrepreneurs
• Team-oriented mindset, proactive personality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
• Fluent in German
