Job Description
The Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning (Graduate Assistant) will support the development, implementation, and oversight of a comprehensive strength and conditioning program for LMU Athletics and its student-athletes, while pursuing a graduate degree.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and administering strength and conditioning programs for multiple sport teams
- Supervise athletes during training sessions to ensure safety and proper technique
- Help monitor and track athlete performance and progress
- Support the Director in daily operations and facility management
- Ensure compliance with University, conference, and NCAA standards
Required Qualifications
- Admission to an LMU graduate program
- Maintenance of satisfactory progress toward a graduate degree
- Official Letter of Assignment as a Graduate Assistant, signed by the University President
Preferred Qualifications
- CSCS certification
- At least one year of experience working in a collegiate weight room
