The project:

This is an opportunity to work on a unique project consists of mixed-use, commercial and residential development, along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You'll be responsible for:

• Working with the project team to support the delivery of objectives in line with the project plan.
• Engaging in business and statutory health, safety and wellbeing standards and activities throughout all project stages
• Collaborating with stakeholders to manage and monitor robust quality systems aligned with service excellence.
• Attending and documenting meetings, and providing stakeholders with relevant analysis and insights, including site walk observations.
• Partnering with stakeholders to support risk management and mitigation planning.
• Tracking project changes and ensuring formal processing within agreed timeframes.
• Preparing and providing handover documentation prior to practical completion.
• Understanding business priorities across construction to production, digital and data and responsible business streams.
• Collecting information or conducting research as required.
• Updating and managing project plans, processes, and procedures to support successful delivery.
• Actively contributing to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing and reducing emissions throughout project delivery.

You'll need to have:

• Relevant UAE experience.
• Degree qualification.
• Previous experience working in similar role.
