*The expected base pay for this faculty position is $260,000 (assistant professor) to $280,000 (associate professor). This position is entitled to quarterly supplements that total an additional $105,000 per year subject to meeting the clinical days worked minimum (approximately 180 clinical days per year).
This position also qualifies for a productivity bonus of up to $90,000 per year based on meeting work relative value unit (wRVU) targets, and a year-end academic bonus of up to $40,000 based on meeting goals for academic productivity, education, quality and citizenship. All supplements and bonuses are subject to the timely completion of clinical documentation. As a result, the annual maximum compensation for this position ranges from $495,000 to $535,000 based on academic rank and the factors described above. The levels of base pay, quarterly supplements, productivity bonus and year-end bonus are reviewed annually and are subject to change. For more information, please contact the hiring department.
