Experience Required

• PGA Member, Apprentice, or PGM Student required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team-oriented leader with a hands-on approach.
• Previous experience in golf operations or related hospitality roles preferred.
• A deep passion for golf and knowledge of the game.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier service to members and guests on and off the golf course.
• Assist with daily golf operations including tee times, merchandising, and tournament coordination.
• Provide individual and group instruction for players of all skill levels.
• Support the Head Golf Professional and Golf Management Team in executing programs and events.
• Foster a welcoming, professional, and engaging environment for members and guests.
• Assist in merchandising, inventory control, and retail displays in the golf shop.
• Maintain a visible presence on the golf course, practice areas, and around the clubhouse to ensure member satisfaction.
