Redwood Cove Healthcare Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to step into the role of Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (DOR). This is an exciting leadership opportunity to guide our rehab department and ensure excellent outcomes for our residents.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of therapists (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA)
• Oversee daily operations of the rehab department
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered therapy services
• Monitor and maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care planning and outcomes
• Drive departmental performance, clinical excellence, and financial success

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience highly valued
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for resident-centered care and staff development
