What you'll do:
Position Overview:
Support the Regional Sales Team(s) and Regional Presidents through providing high level market research, lead generation and qualification along with data maintenance and mining utilizing SalesForce. This candidate will also be expected to manage projects from start to finish including product/service development and implementation. This will be a position required to work remotely but also expected to communicate extensively within the Regional Sales team, all levels of FIRST and with external clients. Although not technically a producing salesperson, this candidate will have close relationships with significant agent opportunities and be expected to introduce FIRST Sales team members to these relationships.
Market Research prospecting, developing and qualifying leads through existing relationships, emerging markets such as Insurtech, Industry Partners, Referrals, etc. Tapping into every available resource to find and qualify new opportunities.
Maximizing our ROI on Salesforce by establishing sales campaigns, maintaining and building quality marketing analytics data while helping to drive and measure Team Activity. This will be done in conjunction with and support of Regional President's overall plan for Sales Team.
Providing a Concierge level of service for agents and RM's solving complex issues, serving as the internal go-to for our most significant agency relationships.
Provide client facing or web-based training to agents on any product or service offered by FIRST.
Projects at discretion of Regional President or Senior Management.
Assist Branch/Regional manager as needed with Inside Sales strategy
Qualifications:
7-10 years' experience leading projects high level market research, lead generation and qualification along with data maintenance and mining utilizing SalesForce.
Ability to serve as a proxy to Regional President with the authority to approve expense reports, rate plans and terms as deemed appropriate
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
CRM experience a plus.
SalesForce experience a plus.
Ability to work outside of standard hours to ensure delivery of time sensitive projects.
Advanced Computer Skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $95,000 - $125,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience
