LRM ARCHITECTS, PC Architect / Project Manager Join a small firm with Big Projects We are a growing architectural practice located in Delhi, NY. We design a wide range of projects including Residential, Multi-Family, Mixed Use, Commercial Office buildings and Industrial Facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of design, construction documentation, and Construction Administration. We offer: Very Comfortable work environment and office Salary commensurate with experience $70k-$120k Monthly bonus opportunities Significant growth potential The Architect/Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of construction and renovation projects from concept through completion. This role combines creative design expertise with strong project management skills to ensure that projects meet functional, aesthetic, budgetary, and regulatory requirements. Duties include developing architectural drawings and specifications, coordinating with engineers, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards. The Architect/Project Manager manages project schedules, budgets, and resources, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, including administrators, staff, and community representatives. Additional responsibilities include conducting site visits, reviewing bids, and resolving construction issues as they arise. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with the ability to balance multiple priorities. The Architect/Project Manager plays a key role in creating safe, efficient, and inspiring facilities that support the mission and long-term goals of the organization.
