Established in 1991, Anesthesia and Analgesia Medical Group, Inc (AAMGI) is a privately owned physician based practice with deep roots and long-standing relationships in the health care communities it serves. As a fully-integrated anesthesia group with over 70 doctors, AAMGI has succeeded in providing anesthesia services and perioperative care at five hospitals and multiple ambulatory surgery centers within Sonoma and Napa counties.

COMPENSATION: AAMGI offers a productivity-based model where compensation is based on a corporate-wide pooled unit value and stipends for call shifts.  We pay both our Shareholders and Shareholder Track physicians the same unit value and stipends amounts. 

SIGN ON BONUS: AAMGI offers a sign on bonus with the amount being dependent on the commitment period

RELOCATION EXPENSES: AAMGI offers relocation assistance up to $10,000

HEALTH BENEFITS: AAMGI offers health insurance, a Health Savings Plan, and a Health Reimbursement Account that includes dental and vision expenses

RETIREMENT BENEFITS: AAMGI offers a Profit Sharing Program that meets the IRS maximum amounts and a 401K Program
