What you will do
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a diverse team of Analysts with responsibility of implementing logistic efficiency projects.
- Lead the diagnostic assessments of customers' supply chain processes and practices to determine the appropriate analytical tools and solutions that will drive decisions and best in class results.
• Deliver innovation to enable our business through the effective use of technology.
• Develop and leverage key business relationships to understand the customer expectations and internal policies/capabilities to proactively manage the business to meet customer expectations.
• Lead in identifying, planning and implementing end to end solutions that improve service and cost and or implement new capabilities
• Analyze, recommend, and implement modifications to customer purchasing patterns and Kenvue Network and products for optimal service and improved logistics efficiencies
• Drive process and systems improvements that positively impact order management, inventory management, and dashboard measures
• Participate in the design & lead customer specific supply chain joint business planning, and Retail Customer Logistics' Strategic Tactics which further our mission of being a best in class customer facing supply chain organization
• Help resolve escalated discrepancies relating to data integrity, shipping issues, and trade pricing/promotional management through root cause identification and corrective actions
• Learn and utilize new technology to drive proactive business planning, accurate and timely analytics, and efficiency
• Identify and implement innovative solutions using process excellence tools and methodologies that help shape our programmatic approach within the End to End supply chain
• Utilize Microsoft and other Advanced Analytics applications as well as business applications such as: SAP, BW, EDI and ERP Systems
• Owns coaching, mentoring, and personnel development of their team.
Required Qualifications
- This candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree. An MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of business experience is required.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to drive results through a matrix structure is required.
- Strong verbal and written customer service soft skills are required.
- The ability to communicate across functional levels is required.
- Process Excellence training or certification is preferred.
- The qualified candidate will have strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- This position may require up to 10% domestic travel.
Desired Qualifications
- People management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in customer logistics, sales, planning and/or distribution is preferred.
- Experience with consumer package goods is preferred.
- Strong project management skills are preferred.
- MS Office proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint is required. SAP knowledge preferred.
What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$110,500.00 - $156,000.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
