About the role
The Alumni and Supporter Relations team is responsible for nurturing UCL’s most significant alumni and supporter relationships - in London, the UK and across the globe.
As Alumni and Supporter Relations Manager (Faculties) you will implement and continuously improve our new alumni engagement programme, offering a step-change in the ways of working with faculty colleagues. You will be responsible for increasing faculty and department engagement with their alumni communities; proactively supporting and delivering alumni engagement activities including communications, events, and volunteering opportunities.
We are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE – equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).
This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of20%on site. Please note Tuesdays are our in-office anchor day for all Advancement members.

About you
