What You'll Do:

Support the Director of Nursing in managing and leading the nursing department

Ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance across all units

Mentor and guide nursing staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and compassion

Lead by example in patient care, professionalism, and leadership
β
Step into leadership roles as needed β your development into DON is part of our plan!
What We're Looking For:
β Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
β Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is a must
β Leadership potential and a passion for developing others
β Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
β Ready to work Sunday through Friday
