Description

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Admissions Assistant to join our team at Orchard Post Acute on weekends. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with people and providing excellent customer service in a skilled nursing facility environment.
Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, family members, and visitors during the admission process.
• Support the Admissions Director with intake paperwork, data entry, and file maintenance.
• Communicate with nursing, therapy, and administrative staff to ensure smooth resident admissions.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide facility tours when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information in compliance with HIPAA.
• Assist with other administrative duties as requested.

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor.

• Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday) - daytime hours.
